KNUST Organize Training in Professional Project Management – How to Apply

This is to inform the general public that the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, (KNUST) Building Technology Department Organizing Training in Professional Project Management.

The Building Technology Department of KNUST is organizing a 4-weekend executive training programme in Professional Project Management towards becoming a Project Management Professional (PMP®)

Modules

Module 1: Project Management Theory Module 6: Project Communications Management Module 11: Project Integration Management
Module 2:  Project Stakeholder Management Module 7: Project Quality Management Module 12: Professional Responsibility and Ethics of Project Management
Module 3:  Project Scope Management Module 8: Project Human Resource Management Module 13: PMP Exams preparation and registration
Module 4:  Project Time Management Module 9: Project Risk Management
Module 5: Project Cost Management Module 10: Project Procurement Management

Course fee

GHS 2,000.00 per candidate covering Snack, Lunch, Course Materials, Certificate of Participation & a 4-Hour PMP Practice Examinations (Note that Courses will run at a centre where interested participants are more than 20)

Course Aim

To impart internationally acceptable project management essential skills and knowledge and to support the preparation of participants to pass the Project Management Professional and the Certified Associate in Project Management examinations
