Federal Cooperative College, IbadanFederal Cooperative College, Ibadan (FCCIB) Admission Form into Higher National Diploma, Pre-Higher National Diploma, National Diploma, Pre-National Diploma, Professional Diploma in Co-Operative Economics and Management is Out for 2015/2016 academic session.

Applications are hereby invited from suitable and qualified candidates for admission into the Federal Cooperative College, Ibadan for the 2015/2016 Academic Session.

FCCIB Available Full Time Programmes and Entry Requirements

The available programmes are listed below:


National Diploma in Co-operative Economics and Management, Accounting, Marketing, Business studies and related programmes with a minimum of pass at lower Credit Level plus a minimum of one year Post National Diploma cognate work experience. Four O’level credit passes at one sitting of five credits at two sittings which must include Mathematics and English language.


Professional Diploma in Co-operative studies, National Diploma in other related discipline from accredited institutions plus O’ Level credits as specified above.


Four O’level credits including English Language and Maths at one sitting five credits at two sittings which must also include English Language and Mathematics. The other subjects should include Economics, Commerce/Account, Business Methods, History/Government, Geography, Agric. Science / Biology. The candidate must have sat for the 2015 UTME with English and Mathematics as UTME subjects.


This is a two years course available to candidates with a minimum of four O’level credits at one sitting or five credits at two sittings and did not sit for the 2015 UTME, did not take Mathematics as a UTME subject or has a UTME score less than 160. The candidate must have sat for the 2013 UTME.

West African School Certificate (WASC), General Certificate of Education (GCE) at ordinary level or Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSCE); NECO or their equivalent with four credits including English Language and a pass in Maths (neither Literature in English nor Oral English is acceptable in place of English Language), and three other subjects from Economics, Commerce, Business Methods, History, Statistics, Geography, Government, Agric. Science / Biology.
The candidate must have sat for the 2013 UTME.


This course is specially designed for newly appointed Registrars of Co-operative Societies as well as Co-operative officers. It is also meant for co-operative senior staff cadre. Students attending this course must possess either: A University degree or its equivalent or four credit passes obtained at the certificate Course in Co-operative Studies at States’ Co-operative Colleges and four credit passes at WASC / SSCE / GCE in relevant subjects.

Federal Cooperative College, Ibadan – How to Apply

  1. Scratch cards are available for purchase in any branch of Skye Bank PLC or College premises on the payment of the sum of N7, 500. 00 only for Full Time applicants while Part Time applicants are to pay the sum of N10. 000. 00 only to the account number 1770684631 and account name FEDERAL COOPERATIVE COLLEGE, IBADAN.
  2. Log on to www.fccibadan.edu.ng
  3.   Click on Apply for 2015/2016 Admission
  4.  Click on Apply Now
  5.  Complete the form as applicable.
  6.   Confirm and submit.

Print a copy of the completed Application Form and submit to the college on or before 18th September, 2015.

Note: Scan and paste a colour passport-size photograph in the space provided on the online form.
A candidate awaiting results of an examination is expected to give Centre No., Year of Exam, and subjects taken when filling the online Application Form. When results are received, two copies must be sent immediately to the Registrar, the Federal Cooperative College, Ibadan.

FCCIB Admission Form Closing Date

The closing date for the submission of Online Application Form is Friday 19th September, 2015.
The followings are to be attached to duly completed forms

  1. Evidence of payment (receipt) for the scratch card which is obtainable in the college’s account section.
  2. Two photocopies of original or computer printout of WAEC/GCE/SSCE/NECO/NABTEB.
  3. Certificates/Diplomas as may be applicable and meeting departmental requirements.
  4. Two passport size photographs.
  5. Two photocopies of Birth Certificate or Sworn Declaration of Age.
  6. Two photocopies of computer printout of 2015 UTME for ND full time applicants.
  7. Two copies of letter of completion of one year cognate Industrial Training for HND applicants.

Duly completed forms should be returned to the Registrar, Federal Co-operative College on or before the 18th of September, 2015. Credentials of short listed candidates will be screened and might be invited for interview which is usually held in the College premises. Success candidates will be communicated to on or before 2nd October, 2015.
