We are glad to inform the general public that the Nnamdi Azikiwe University (UNIZIK) Professional Diploma in Journalism admission application form for the 2016/2017 academic session is now out.
The management of the institution Nnamdi Azikiwe University (UNIZIK) is using this medium to invites applications from qualified candidates, particularly Practising Journalists without any qualification in Journalism or Mass Communication for admission into the Professional Diploma in Journalism (PDJ) Programme offered by the Department of Mass Communication, Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka.
Nature of UNIZIK Professional Diploma in Journalism Programme
The PDJ is a part-time programme in which practising Journalists will attend lectures two to three days in a week between 2.00 p.m. and 6.00 p.m. to give them the freedom to attend to their daily professional assignments in the morning hours.
UNIZIK Professional Diploma in Journalism – General Entry Requirement
At least five O’ Level credits obtained in not more than two sittings, including English Language.
UNIZIK Professional Diploma in Journalism – Duration of Programme
The (PDJ) is a part-time programme that is expected to run for a minimum of three semesters of 18 calendar months.
