UNIBEN Teaching Hospital School of Nursing 2016/17 Admission Form

We are glad to inform the general public that the University of Benin Teaching Hospital, UBTH School of Nursing admission form is out for the 2016/2017 academic session.

The management of the University of Benin (UNIBEN) Teaching Hospital is using this medium to invites application form suitable qualified candidates for admission into the above named School of Nursing for a three (3) year General Nursing Programme leading to the award of Registered Nurse Certificate (RN). Course commences in October 2016.

UNIBEN Teaching Hospital School of Nursing – General Entry Qualifications

1. Candidates must not be less than 18 years old.
   2. Must possess the following:

• WAEC/GCE (O/Level) NECO with five credits in not more than two sittings, subjects should include english, mathematics, chemistry, biology and physics.

• Senior secondary school certificate (SSCE) in the relevant subjects at credit levels as in (a) above.

• Candidates must also possess registered midwifery certificate (RM) or Registered psychiatric Nurse Certificate (RPN).

How to Apply for UNIBEN Teaching Hospital School of Nursing 2016/17 Admission

Application forms are obtainable from the Office of the Principal and can be downloaded from the Hospital’s website (www.ubth.org).

Completed forms should be returned to the undersigned with evidence of payment of a non-refundable fee of ten thousand Naira (₦10,000.00) only made payable to UBTH Treasury Single Account (TSA) via the REMITA Platform in any Commercial Bank under the service type “Training School – School of Nursing”.
Forms should be returned with four (4) recent coloured passport photographs (taken in preceding two weeks).

All interested candidate should note that the closing date for submission of completed forms is Friday 12th August 2016.
