We are glad to inform the general public and especially all prospective students that the University of Education, Winneba (UEW), Ghana Postgraduate School Admissions form is out for (Regular, Distance and Sandwich) 2016/2017 Academic year.

Applications are invited from qualified applicants for admission into the following Postgraduate programmes at University of Education, Winneba for the 2016 Sandwich Session and Regular – 2016/2017 Academic year:

 

Cost of Application Forms

Local Applicants: GH¢200.00

Foreign Applicants and Ghanaian Applicants outside Ghana: $100 (One Hundred United States Dollars).

All applications must be submitted online at www.uew.edu.gh

How to Apply for Postgraduate Admission Programmes

University of Education, Winneba online application vouchers are obtainable at the following banks: GCB, Ecobank, Unibank, HFC Bank, Fidelity Bank, Merchant Bank and ADB

Application Procedures

1. Your voucher number and PIN will be required for checking the status of your application. Please keep it safe.
   2. Your picture should be of a passport size in .jpg format with a size not exceeding 128kilobytes. The system will reject the picture if it does not conform to the specifications above.
   3. To complete the application, make sure you scan the following documents and attach WHERE APPLICABLE:
   (a) WAEC Result Slip
   (b) Transcript of Academic Records
   (c) Academic Certificate
   (d) Birth Certificate
   (e) National Identification Card
   (f) SSNIT Card
   4. And any other relevant documents in support of your application. The documents should be in .jpg, .png or .pdf format.
   5. Login with the SERIAL NUMBER and PIN you recieived from the bank.

Don’t forget to SUBMIT your application and PRINT a copy for yourself after completing the online form.

 

ATTACHMENTS

In all cases, the following documents should be attached to the completed online application forms:

i.    Copies of certificates.

ii.   Copies of Transcripts of academic record

iii. One recent passport-size photograph.

Applicants should note that:

No application will be processed unless all requirements are fully met

1. Any change of address must be communicated at once to the Dean, School of Graduate Studies.
2. A change of programme after submission of application forms will NOT be allowed.
3. ALL certificates and results slips other than those from the West African Examinations Council, the Universities in Ghana and Institutions accredited by the National Accreditation Board, should be cleared with the Accreditation Board and the evaluation report attached to the certificate(s).
