UCC School of Graduate Studies Congregation (2017) and Provisional Pass List

The management of the institution University of Cape Coast (UCC) is using this medium to announced for the information of 2016/2017 graduands of the School of Graduate Studies of the University of Cape Coast and the general public that the 6th Session of the 50th Congregation of the University for the award of graduate degrees to persons who successfully completed their programme of study in the aforementioned academic year or earlier, is scheduled for Saturday, 21st October, 2017. The ceremony will be held at the New Examinations Centre at 9:00 a.m.

Graduands are to register at the Office of the Deputy Registrar, School of Graduate Studies (SGS) and the University of Cape Coast, Accra Office, Tesano by Friday, 13th October, 2017, indicating full name, programme of study and registration number. A non-refundable graduation fee of GHS 350.00 should be paid by each graduand.

Payment is to be made at any networked branch of Prudential Bank, A/C Number: 0201900070000, A/C Name: UCC Admissions Account, Branch: Cape Coast; or National Investment Bank (NIB), A/C Number: 1001000453001, A/C Name: UCC Admissions Account, Branch: Cape Coast.

Graduands are to pick their souvenirs and academicals at the Alumni Relations Office and the Office of Dean of Students of the University of Cape Coast on presentation of the bank pay-in-slip and are required to attend rehearsals at the New Examinations Centre on Friday, 20th October, 2017 at 4:00 p.m. Certificates will be issued on 21st October, 2017 or after. Graduates will be expected to show their ID Cards and clearance chits for inspection before collection of the Certificates.

Graduands are expected to make their own accommodation arrangements.

Graduands can check their respective names and programmes in the Provisional Past List by downloading the attached file
