KUMASI POLY TOP-UP HND PROGRAMME Admissions Form 2015/16

I am glad to announce to the general public both national and international that the KUMASI POLYTECHIC ONE YEAR TOP-UP HND DISPENSING TECHNOLOGY and ICM FINANCIAL SERVICES PROGRAMMES application form 2015/2016 academic session is out.

Suitable and qualified candidates can apply for any of the following programmes for the 2015/2016 academic year.

ONE YEAR TOP-UP HND DISPENSING TECHNOLOGY PROGRAMME

A One year top-up Dispensing Technology Programme leading to HND Dispensing Technology.

Entry Requirements for One Year Top-up HND Dispensing Technology Programme

1. Dispensing Technician Certificate holders must have overall credit and also, credit in Chemistry, in Dispensing Technician Part III Examination of Technical Examination Unit.  OR
2. must have passed the Access Course organized by the Department of Dispensing Technology, Kumasi Polytechnic.

ICM FINANCIAL SERVICES PROGRAMMES

1. Certificate in Financial Services – ICM (Part One) –

Entry Requirement: Four (4) passes in WASSCE/SSCE including English and Mathematics

1. Diploma in Financial Services – ICM (Part Two)

Entry Requirement: ICM Financial Services (Part One)

1. ICM Advanced Diploma – ICM (Part Three)

Entry Requirement: ICM Financial Services (Part Two)

1. ICM Graduate Diploma – ICM (Part Four)

Entry Requirement: ICM Financial Services (Part Three)

COST OF APPLICATION FORM

One Year Top-Up HND Dispensing Technology And ICM Financial Services Programmes Applicants  

Ghana Cedi- GH ¢120.00

Foreign Applicants – US $50.00 (Nigeria Naira – ₦ 9,950.00)

NOTE TO FOREIGN APPLICANTS: Payment for an application can be deposited into any ECOBANK Account No. 00452014470095301 in any African country. A scanned copy of the payment slip should be emailed to: info@kpoly.edu.gh for the processing of the application.

MODE OF APPLICATION

A card with an application code and admission requirement Brochure can be obtained from the following places.

2. All Regional Post Offices
3. All Zenith Bank Branches
4. All Ecobank Branches
5. All UBA Branches
6. All HFC Bank branches
7. Technical Examinations Unit, Accra next to Kimbu Senior High Technical School.

Payment for the Application should be by Bank Draft payable to the Rector, Kumasi Polytechnic.

All applicants are required to apply online (http://forms.kpoly.edu.gh). They are also required to download and print completed online application form and attach two (2) passport pictures, two (2) photocopies of relevant documents/certificates and payment voucher to be submitted to the address below.
