We are glad to announce to the general public that Federal College of Freshwater Fisheries Technology, New – Bussa, FCFFTNewBussa Application Form for 2015/2016 academic session is out.
Applications are hereby invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into any of the following leading to the award of National Diploma (ND), Higher National Diploma (HND). Federal College of Fresh Water Fisheries Technology, New-Bussa, for 2015/2016 academic session
AVAILABLE REGULAR COURSES
(1) PRE-ND (Science and Technology)
For admission into the above programme, prospective candidates must posses at least 4 ‘O’ level passes in WASC/GCE in the relevant subjects.
On successful completion candidates would be required to register, and pass Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) to enable them qualify for admission into ND Programmes of the College.
(2) National Diploma in Fisheries Technology/Agric Technology/Food Technology/Hospitality Management Technology/Home and Rural Economics (ND)
Each is a 4 semester full time programme (2yrs). Candidates seeking admission into any of the programmes must have WACE/GCE ‘O’ Level or Teachers Grade II with five credit passes which must include: Chemistry, Biology/Agric Science, English Language and two of Geography, Physics, Statistics, Mathematics. Candidate should also pass the UMTE examination.
(3) Higher National Diploma in Fisheries Technology (HND) & Agricultural Extension and Management (AEM)
Each is a 4 semester full time programme (2yrs). Candidates applying for admission into any of the programmes should obtained at least Lower Credit in National Diploma, Agric technology/Fisheries Technology or related programmes from reputable institution of higher learning. Also, candidates must have undergone one year mandatory industrial experience and two or more years in case of those with a Pass grade.
(4) National Diploma II (Special)
This is a 2 semester full time (1yr) programme. Candidates seeking admission into the programme must have Advanced National Technical Certificate (ANTC).
National Certificate of Education (NCE) in General Agric or related programme. National Diploma in Land Economics or other fields of endeavour and are willing to change to Fisheries development or agricultural Extension and Management provided that they meet the ND admission requirements of such programme.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
- Prospective candidates are advised to purchase scratch card at the rate ₦4,000 from the College. Sale of scratch card commences on 5th July, 2015 and will end 4th October, 2015.
- Prospective candidates are to log on to www.fcfftnewbussa.edu.ng to complete the application form and print.
- Prospective candidates should know that printed copies of the completed application forms are to be returned to the REGISTRAR, Federal College of Freshwater Fisheries Technology, P.M.B. 1500, New Bussa, Niger State, Nigeria, within the stipulated period along with copies of all relevant certificates/credentials
