We welcome fresh students, transfer students and international students to our campus. Each of these student groups has specific application requirements. We encourage students to submit their application online using either the SWU Online Application method or the Walk-in Application method. Both are considered equally—you should submit the application you prefer and do not need to do both applications.

1. Pay the sum of N5,500 for application form into SouthWestern University account of any branch of:

2.      Proceed to www.southwesternuniversity.edu.ng
3.      Click on the APPLY NOW link
4.      Follow the instructions carefully to fill the form online
(* MAKE SURE THE EMAIL AND PHONE NUMBERS SUPPLIED ARE VALID, AS FURTHER
APPLICATION DETAILS WILL BE SENT TO THE EMAIL SUPPLIED)
5.      Bring all credentials and evidence of payment when coming for the screening exercise
(***DATE OF THE SCREENING EXERCISE WILL BE COMMUNICATED TO STUDENTS THROUGH
THE E-MAIL ADDRESS LISTED ON THE APPLICATION FORMS AND WILL BE POSTED ON THE
SCHOOL’S WEBSITE)

(b) Walk-in Application Method:

1. Pay the sum of N5,500 for application form into SouthWestern University account of any branch of:Guaranty Trust Bank Plc (Account number):   0116508853

   2.      Take evidence of payment to any of the following addresses to collect the application form:

   a.    Southwestern University, Nigeria, at the main Campus – Kilo 20, Sagamu-Benin , Express Way,
   Okun Owa Ogun
   State.
   b.    Southwestern University, Nigeria Lagos Liaison office – 4 Olaide Tomori Street, Off Simbiat
   Abiola Way, Ikeja, Lagos State.

   3.        Complete  and submit Application Form with credentials before the closing deadline for processing
   (**MAKE SURE THE EMAIL AND PHONE NUMBERS SUPPLIED ARE VALID, AS FURTHER
   APPLICATION DETAILS WILL BE SENT TO THE EMAIL  AND PHONE NUMBER SUPPLIED BY

Advice for Submitting your Application

• Put your name and date of birth on each page of your supporting documents. This information facilitates accurate placement of your supporting documents in your admissions file.
• Make sure to use your legal (official) name and check that your name is the same on all documents that you submit.
• Proofread before submitting your application and supporting documents.
• Send everything together. Submitting all your supporting documents, including your high school transcript and recommendations, in one package reduces the chances that documents will get misplaced or separated during processing.
