We are glad to inform the general public that the Bowen University Teaching Hospital (BUTH) School of Nursing Admission Form for the 2016/2017 academic session is out and now available for sale.

The management of the Bowen University Teaching Hospital (formally Baptist Medical Centre), Ogbomoso, Oyo State is using this medium to invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for admission into its school of nursing programme for the 2016 /2017 academic session.

Who can Apply for Bowen University Teaching Hospital School Of Nursing Admission

Candidates who have successfully completed the Senior Secondary Education are qualified to purchase the form with credit in at leat five (5) subjects, which must include: English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, at not more than two sittings, in two accredited SSCE examination board. (i.e. NECO & WAEC).

NOTE: Any candidates with the combination of NECO & WAEC can also apply.

Note the following:

• Change the Teller obtained from the UBA Bank to School Receipt at Account Section of the Institution.

• Fill the Form with BLACK Pen and it should be submitted with the photocopy of the School Receipt, at the Principal’s Office on or before the closing date (10th June, 2016).

Note that attention shall be given to forms submitted on time.
