Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko, (AAUA) Postgraduate Application Form is Out (Part Time) for 2015/2016 academic session

Applications are hereby invited from qualified candidates for admission into the underlisted Postgraduate programmes of the Institute of Part-Time Programmes (IPTP), Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko, for the 2015/2016 Academic Session.

POSTGRADUATE PROGRAMMES

Postgraduate Diploma Programmes

1. Postgraduate Diploma in Public Administration (PGDPA)

Admission Requirements

• A University degree from a recognized University.
• Holders of Higher National Diploma (HND) or other recognized similar professional qualifications with cognate experience.
• In addition to the above, all candidates are required to pass five subjects in West African School Certificate (WASC), National Examinations Council (NECO) or General Certificate of Education Ordinary Level (GCE/OL) or its equivalent at credit level including English Language and Mathematics.
• Also, candidates with cognate post-qualification experience in Finance/Administration may be considered.
• A University degree from a recognized University.
• Holders of Higher National Diploma (HND) or other recognized similar professional qualifications with cognate experience.

2. Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Management (PGDFM)

Admission Requirements

• In addition to the above, all candidates are required to pass five subjects in West African School Certificate (WASC), NECO or General Certificate of Education Ordinary Level (GCE/OL) or its equivalent at credit level including English Language and Mathematics.
• Also, candidates with cognate post-qualification experience in Finance/Administration may be considered.

MASTER DEGREE PROGRAMMES

1. Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Admission Requirements

• Graduates of AAUA or any other recognized University with similar Bachelor’s Degree and at least a Second Class (Lower Division) recognized by Senate.
• Holders of Higher National Diploma (HND) and/or professional qualification in Administration, plus a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Management or in related disciplines with a minimum of Credit pass from AAUA or any other recognized University.
• In addition to the above, all candidates are required to pass five subjects in West African School Certificate (WASC), National Examinations Council (NECO) or General Certificate of Education Ordinary Level (GCE/OL) or its equivalent at credit level including English Language and Mathematics.
• Also, candidates with Bachelor’s degree/HND with cognate post-qualification experience in Finance/Administration may be considered.

1. Master of Public Administration (MPA)

Admission Requirements

• A University degree from AAUA or any recognized University with at least a Second Class Lower Division in any of the Social Sciences, Arts, Education and Law.
• Holders of Bachelor’s degree with Third Class or HND or other recognized professional qualifications in any of the disciplines mentioned above, and have passed a postgraduate diploma in any Social or Management Science disciplines with Merit pass may be considered.

1. Master of Managerial Psychology (MMP)

Admission Requirements

• A University degree from AAUA or any recognized University with at least a Second Class Lower Division in any of the Social Sciences, Arts, Education and Law.
• Holders of Bachelor’s degree with Third Class or HND or other recognized professional qualifications in any of the disciplines mentioned above, and have passed a postgraduate diploma in any Social or Management Science disciplines with Credit may be considered.

AAUA Postgraduate Method of Application (Part Time)

Application form for Postgraduate Diploma and Master is ₦16,000.00. Application payment should be made to any of the following Banks:

• Skye Bank Plc
• Zenith Bank Plc
• First Bank Plc
• Stanbic IBTC Plc
• Keystone Bank Plc
• Enterprise Bank Plc
• Wema Bank Plc and
• Acces Bank Plc.

Candidates should collect e-Transact generated receipts for the online registration on AAUA website.

Log in to AAUA website (http://www.aaua.edu.ng) to complete your registration.

AAUA Postgraduate Application Closing Date

Online registration shall close on Friday, 4^th September, 2015.

 NOTE

Candidates are to check the University website after the closure of the portal from Wednesday, 9^th September, 2015 to print the details of date of examination.
